Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are still on the way settling the custody issues over daughter Suri. Holmes is currently filing for sole custody of their daughter and would want to raise their daughter outside of the Church of Scientology, of which Cruise is a key member. Also,Holmes might be walking away with bigger bucks than the estimated $15million that she entitled in the couple's prenuptial agreement. Cruise and Holmes married in 2006 and the divorce shocked many fans.
